At Edward Meller, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized postal service point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
